alternatively titled, “I want to heal”.

This is a 20 page zine of mixed media (including cover) that I put together going through one of my worst bouts of depression to date, if not thee worst. This zine contains a lot of heavy subject matter as a result, such as suicidal ideation, instances of abuse, self-negativity and deprecation as well as more general venting.
